These phenomena represent a major threat to the security of both people and materials.  OUEST ACRO can tailor the protection and repair techniques to the hazards that can be found in a given natural environment. 

The work schedule follows a clear and precise logic:  geotechnical investigation and tailoring of solutions, carried out by geotechnical engineers or geologists (identification of the phenomena involved, locating of the rock instabilities,  identification of the hazards and potential damage, definition of protective countermeasures, specification of work, definition of shotcrete, calculation of barriers and avalanche protection).

OUEST ACRO can then carry out the following:

These operations are carried out in quality assurance level 3 (internal, external, and exterior monitoring).  The procedures for this work (anchoring, mining, etc…) define all the technical characteristics of the tasks (slope anchors, types of steel, types of grout, nail orientation, etc...).  The reinforcement of rock walls is a job that involves serious risks related to the underlying geological structures.  It must be performed by Public Works professional who, like OUEST ACRO, operate in strict compliance with the requirements and standards of quality assurance.
